Rohit Singh

Rohit co-founded Talenti HR Consulting bringing a unique combination of academic grounding and practical innovation to the firm. He holds a diploma from Niagara College of Canada and a post-graduate qualification from the University of Sydney — giving him a global perspective that directly informs how Talenti approaches cross-border recruitment.

He built a specialist search practice from the ground up, innovating on business models that help companies reduce cost-per-hire and time-to-hire while maintaining rigorous quality standards. His practice covers HR consulting, long listing process , and talent pipeline design.

Rohit leads client relationships across manufacturing, infrastructure, and mid-market enterprise — bringing a commercially sharp and operationally grounded approach to every mandate.

Shikha Bhatia

Shikha leads Talenti's technology recruitment practice and European market delivery. She specialises in sourcing senior technology talent — architects, engineering managers, VP Engineering, and CTO-level candidates — for consulting firms, product companies, and captive development centres across India.

Her European market experience is a genuine differentiator. With deep networks across the UK, Germany, and wider Europe, she manages confidential leadership mandates for organisations expanding into or recruiting from these markets.

Shikha's client portfolio includes technology firms, global consultancies, and MNC captive centres where she has built engineering and product teams from single hires to full department builds.
